To compose the façade of this five storey high building, we decided on horizontal rasgaduras of the continuous balconies, that not only break the verticality of the body but also add a third dimension to the façade. Tiled in grey and cream coloured porcelanic, it counts with a flat per level with windows on both streets. Its access to both sides of the building and the distribution allows double orientation and ventilación cruzada. It was also planed to maximize energy efficiency in both the design and the construction process.
