In the development of this settlement we find a sector with an unusual morphology and an anarchic environment.
To articulate this new area of urban land over the town of Ordaz (Toledo), we propose two parallel and one perpendicular roads that connect the performance with the existing features, and provides connections to future urban expansions.
After a study of the pre-existing structures, we propose terraced houses as housing typology, proposing generous sections of road with plenty of room for parking.
The land reserved for public facilities is at the bottom of the main road, so that the singular element of the organization actively participates in the development. The location of the green area reflects a forward-looking approach as we envision its connection to the green spaces of a next adjacent development.
