This building of ground floor + 5 built in Silla (Valencia) is found straight opposite to the Albufera of Valencia, so it enjoys spectacular views of this natural park and the valencian huerta. Taking its location into account was what made the design of this grey coloured exposed brick building focused on the balconies and terraces, specially in its two penthouses. The project has spacious apartments that are orientated towards the Albufera that have been carefully planned.
