ITE

The acronym ITE. means "Technical Inspection of the Building". It is mandatory for buildings over 50 years old, and has to be held once every five years. It is a legal obligation imposed on the owners of the buildings in the province of Valencia as reflected in the Law 16/2005 of December 30, known as Valencian Urban Development Law (Ley Urbanística Valenciana).
