In a penthouse of barely 100 metres square situated in the beach area of Marina d’Or in Oropesa (Castellón), an interior refurbishment has been undertaken to allow the three children of a couple to enjoy sufficient space to spend their holidays.

The project is resolved on the basis of two immovable conditioning factors: the reduced interior headroom and the absolute predetermination of the sanitation installations.

The dining room becomes the heart of the house, as it is the point of union of the terrace, kitchen and living room, which has large windows with unobstructed views that bring light and spaciousness to the house. The large-format porcelain pieces in blue further accentuate the privileged location of this home.

The finishes and wall and floor coverings are carefully chosen to give the home the same warm and friendly character that its owners have.
